You can exchange your item for another product from our store when you submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order, or if there is a defect in the product.
Refunds are available only in cases of manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective item or notice a manufacturing issue, please email us clear photos showing the problem within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and respond with the next steps within 48 hours of receiving your message.
Custom Made Items
Items that are custom made to your measurements or specifications are not eligible for return or refund.
If there is a sizing issue, we will adjust the item and deliver it to you again. Custom made orders cannot be returned.
